主要工作职责

Primary Job Respoibility

1.熟悉新项目的开发流程及生产导入。

Familiar with the develpoment procedure of new projects and the procedure of traferring into mass production.

2.熟练掌握各种工程塑料的特性和加工工艺 。

Master the characteristics of various engineering plastics and machining technics.

3.熟练使用各种注塑设备及了解其工作原理。

Proficiency in the use of injection molding equipment and know their operational principle.

4.能制定新模具的试模工艺条件,并能进行优化。

Be able to work out and optimize the technological conditio of new moulds.

5.能找出新模具的产品缺陷的原因,并能提出改善措施。

Be able to find the root cause of product's defects of new moulds and give its improvement measures.

6.能编制部分PPAP所需要的文件(PFMEA,Control plan等)。

Be able to work out partial PPAP files(PFMEA,Control plan etc)

7.实施创新技术和工艺流程以及改进产品质量和提高生产效率。

The implementation of innovative technology and technical process , improve the product's quality and productivity.

任职资格（含知识、技能、经验）

Qualification Requirements (Including Knowledge.Skill.Experience)

◆ 知识要求（如教育背景等）Knowledge

大专以上学历。

college graduate or above.

◆ 经验要求 Experience Requirement

五年以上注塑行业经验。

above 5 yea molding experience.

掌握各种工程塑料的性能,精通注塑工艺,熟悉模具结构,熟悉产品的质量要求。

Master the characteristics of various engineering plastics and injection technics , familiar with the mold structureand product quality requirements.

善于沟通和协调与相关部门的信息。

Good communication and coordination with related department.

◆ 其他要求 Other Requirement

英语听读写良好

Good in spoken and written English.
