Major Accountabilities :
Cross Functional Collaboration
The candidate for this position must have demotrated success effectively working and collaborating cross functionally and possess strong communication, interpeonal and organizational skills. The candidate must also have the ability to manage and conduct multiple simultaneous auditing and monitoring initiatives, perform thorough analytical reviews, proactively identify and evaluate trends and prepare meaningful and accurate reports suitable for use in reporting audit results and delivering effective presentatio to management and relevant committees. (e.g DCCC)
Monitoring and Control
The candidate for this position will have respoibility for regularly engaging with key business units and process owne, performing independent reviews of business records and traactio, preparing compreheive analyses and summary reports of audits in effort to proactively identify areas for business enhancements, non-compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies and/or written standards and mitigate potential compliance issues.
PRIMARY RESPOIBILITIES
1.In collaboration with Investigatio and Monitoring and other key stakeholde, support the implementation of the Integrity & Compliance audit and monitoring program;
2.Represent the I&C function in a manner coistent with established branding standards;
3.Conduct thorough timely audits, review and analyses of various company business records, functio and processes (within Commercial/Field Sales, Marketing and Medical) in accordance with established business rules, audit and monitoring practices and work programs;
4.In conjunction with other I&C teams, participate in various Novartis China national meetings and local programs with the goal of euring compreheive undetanding and application of policies and regulatio and raising awareness of our compliance program focus on education and prevention;
5.Collaborate with key internal and external business partne in order to support and continuously enhance Audit and Monitoring peonnel knowledge and training;
6.Able to effectively utilize various technical applicatio, navigate through various data systems, gather and analyze data from multiple relevant sources in order to identify trends, patter of non-compliance and or gaps in established key controls, processes and/or procedures;
7.Effectively share and communicate audit observatio, directly initiate and support the development of remediation plan with key stakeholde and executive management;
8.Provide support and assistance to business to eure the business monitoring pla of specified operatio within each focus area are developed and executed as required;
9.Conduct appropriate follow-up and periodic monitoring activities to eure remediation and corrective action pla are implemented and carried out;
10.Interface and effectively collaborate with various governance committees, third party vendocontract peonnel, the Business Practices Office, legal, HR, and other relevant departments as required;
11.Establish credible and collaborative business cross-functional relatiohips for the identification of potential areas of non-compliance, as well as eure adherence to and maintenance of established work programs and processes;
12.Support timely and effective communication and implementation of any new deliverables based on the outcome of audit and monitoring, investigatio, risk assessments and Root cause analytics and
13.Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education: Degree; a minimum of 5 yea overall experience and education in either Compliance, Commercial Sales and Marketing or Medical Operatio, Audit and Monitoring activities or a related or equivalent discipline.
Travel:Some travel expected as part of assigned duties
Languages: Mandarin mother tongue, English fluent
Experience:
1.Strong Data analytical, interpeonal, communication, and collaborative project management and compreheive business plan development skills;
2.Working knowledge of in either Compliance, Commercial, Medical and Field support operatio, related business engagements, audit and monitoring techniques including risk identification, data testing and validation and root cause analytics;
3.Functional and technical knowledge of various operating systems supporting internal and external business traactio, contractual arrangements, customer interactio, aggregate spend and expee reporting;
4.Support and implementation of new technologies and automation of processes in order to increase department and program efficiencies and productivity; and
5.Maintaining confidentiality of information.
