职位描述:
职责 Respoibilities:
1.带领工程师团队,实时掌握多个现场作业情况并就现场问题及时处理;

2.定期与客户召开会议,就项目过程中存在的问题与客户、工厂三方进行沟通
With the customer on a regular basis meeting , according of the problems of project, factory to communicate with the custome
3. 定期对现场进行审核带领团队做持续改善,时刻将质量至上理念向团队传递
Regular review lead the team to do continuous improvement on the spot, moment trafer quality concept to the team
4. 对工厂进行过程审核和体系审核,找出工厂问题,并能够辅导工厂制定改善行动计划,能帮助客户进行供应商的定点审核,将供应商风险提供给客户评估
5.能够培训工程师质量工具和产品检验技能

6.负责项目需要人员的Qualify过程
Respoible for project need to Qualify process
7.对客户投诉进行及时处理,并和客户及时沟通,就处理结果进行跟进,并保证纠正措施的有效性
To timely processing of customer complaints, and communicate with the customer, follow up the results
要求Requirements:
1.5年以上汽车行业工作经验,熟悉质量控制,有SQE工作经验优先
More than 5 yea working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control, SQE experience is preferred
2.良好的沟通技巧和客户抱怨管理。
Strong communication skill and customer complain management
3.熟悉使用QC七种工具、5W2H等质量问题解决工具;
Familiar with quality problem solving tools such as 8D, 5W2H etc
4.熟悉TS16949,熟练使用APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP等工具
Familiar with TS16949, APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAPetc
5.有一定的项目质量改善经验
Project quality improvement experience preferred,
6.能适应出差
To adapt to business trip
7.良好的书面和口头英语能力。
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
