Job Respoibility / Description 岗位职责描述

1. Take part in the activities of APQP of new project to eure all relevant quality documents are available and filed. Implementing quality requirements into the New Product Introduction process (NPI) with engineering team.

2. Investigate customer specification & requirement, to development ipection plan and internal ipection standard and WI meet all customer special requirement.

3. Management and arrange the ipection, measurement as requested, and create proper report to publish for internal review or submit to external custome.

4. Involve process auditing, data analysis, quality issue investigation, and driving process improvements.

5. Perform internal and external audit.

6. Handle the customer quality complaint and provide corrective actio as required

7. Measure and monitor customer satisfaction.

8. Other task assigned by higher management.

Job Requirement岗位要求,

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL 知识及技能

1. Bachelor or above degree in science and technology engineering.

2. At least 3 yea’ experience in Friction industry in Quality area.

3. Familiar with friction production process and all its ipection / test activities.

4. Possess Quality tools skill and experience (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, and MSA etc.)

5. Able to communicate in writing with English;

6. Integrity, reliable, and respoible.
