？负责对供应商的寻找，筛选和开发

Respoible for supplier searching, selecting, and development

？搜集产品和市场信息， 寻找适合公司的供应商

Collect production information and marketing information, searching for property supplier

？根据公司需求，公司质量管理体系要求, 评估并筛选合适的供应商，提交给管理层评审 决策

According to company requirement, and quality system requirement, evaluate and selecting property supplie, submit for management team for review and determine.

？负责完成与供应商的谈判，合同签订

Respoible for negotiation with supplier, and complete the contract

？组织进行与公司内部使用单位的技术评审，确保供应商了解公司的需求,提供正确的产品。

Arrange technical review with the company user , eure supplier undetand company requirement and provide correctly product.

？选择好符合条件的供应商，进行价格和条款的谈判，完善购货合同

After selected the supplier, conduct the price and terms negotiation, and complete the purchase contract.

？签订合同后，管理供货进程

After signed the contract, follow up the progressive of supplying.

？负责供应商日常管理，及供货的日常管理

Respoible for supplier & supplying daily management,

？根据ERP数据及采购申请，计算提前期，出具采购计划。下达采购订单，，确保供应商按时按量交付，保证公司生产的顺利进行

According to SAP data and purchase application, calculate the lead time, issue purchase planning, place the PO, eure supplier on time delivery, and make sure the company production smoothly.

？定期组织供应商审核，评价供应商绩效，确保供应质量

Organize the supplier audit regularly, evaluation the performance of supplier, eure the quality of supply.

？协调各事宜，保证采购合同的正常履行。

Cooperation related issues, make sure the purchase contract can be perform no problem

？负责领导本部门工作，并协调与其他相关部门的合作

Respoible for leading the work of the purchase department, and coordination the works with other department.

？在供应链中发现机会减少成本开支。

Find the chance from the supply chain, and reduce the cost.

？完成上级领导交办的其他采购相关事项。

Job Requirement岗位要求

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS知识及技能

？本科及以上学历

？化工，机械，或汽车等相关专业

？五年以上的采购相关经验，有摩擦材料行业采购经验的优先

？具有良好的沟通能力和谈判能力

？具有较强的领导能力和解决问题的能力

？熟悉供应商管理流程， 了解TS要求和质量要求的优先

？熟悉SAP或相关ERP基础的优先

？英语听说读写流利

？诚信，可靠，责任心强。
