Job Respoibility / Description 岗位职责描述

1. Set up, implement and maintain quality management system according to TS16949 standard.

2. Manage incoming ipection, process quality control, final/finish goods quality control.Control and manage the laboratory, measurement.

3. Lead to resolve quality complaints, gathering data, analyzing root cause and implementing corrective actio.

4. Lead continues improvement in company to reduce scrap, improve PPM.

5. Perform quality audit on supplie and lead the development and assessment of supplie.

6. Participate in project management of APQP, Control Plan and PFMEA analysis and provide PPAP as requested by custome.

7. Coordinate external or internal audit: process, product and custome’ audit as well as eure the effectiveness of corrective actio.

8. Measure and monitor customer satisfaction and report lead to improve.

9. Other task assigned by higher management.

Job Requirement岗位要求,

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL 知识及技能

1. Bachelor or above degree in science and technology engineering.

2. At least 5 yea working experiences in quality position at one of the major auto brake friction companies.

3. Familiar with friction production process and all its ipection / test activities.

4. Possess Quality tools skill and experience (FMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, and MSA etc.)

5. Knowledge in ISO 9000 / TS 16949, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma experience is a plus.

6. Able to communicate in writing and speaking with English;

7. Integrity, reliable, and respoible.
