职位描述:
1.Team management & leadehip
- Lead the retail sales team in developing and executing the sales plan for business growth.
- Provide coaching to junior sales engineer, and be the model to the team on channel development and management.
- Be able to design and plan effective promotion campaign at the local area and execute the plan by coordinating with other internal dept.
2.Channel development
- Visit all potential prospects in assigned area, and find out all details to diagnosis the prospects with business acumen.
- Identify all the potential one from prospects and develop them to be dedicated Company retail deale.
3,Channel management
- Plan, budget, organize and comply all sales related jobs in the respoible area. Have traparency on deale’ business dynamics by regular visit.
- Manage assigned deale by implementing Company dealer man-agement policies.
- Guide and drive deale to follow Company sales strategy and active-ly acquire customer to reach the sales target.
- Push and support dealer promotion campaign. And use “P(plan)D(do)C(check)(action)” to manage and improve the effective-ness.
4.Sales Coordination
- Work closely with respoible retail dealer, Company Branch leader and wholesaler(Tier 1) to have a smooth business process among Company and deale.
- Assist on other local or national marketing activities with other cross-functional team.
5.Daily Sales Report
- Manage prospects information and deale business information that provided by team membe.
6.Miscellaneous
- Organize training to deale by working with internal team.
- Other ad hoc jobs that might be required by leade.

1, Engineering background. HVAC relevant degree is preferred.
3, Have great passion and business acumen to be able to develop the market and grow with the company.
