Description of the role:

Commissioning and programming of different kind of robot brands:

- path programming and optimization

- offline program upload to robot and optimize

- Bus system and network commissioning- Software updates and backups

- dress pack itallation and optimization (with mechanic)

- cycle time optimization

- human and machine safety commissioning

- robot and PLC interlock programming

- equipment integration in path program

- quality optimization of all the process if there is no specialist available

Commissioning of all controlle in relation with the robot:

- Process controller (Weld-, Glue-controller, …)

- Bus system/Network

Trouble shooting(support):

- Hardware (electric, pneumatic, mechanic)

- Software

Self organized work in a certain area oite:

- requesting needed documentation- requesting needed support

- PLC support- self motivated organize for economical work

Support colleagues across all departments

Costumer Training

Basis of requirements:

English in writing and speaking

Education with electrical background

Good acknowledge of Windows office

Adequate behavior in dealing with costumer, supplier and colleagues

Robot training

E- and P-Plan acknowledge
