Description of the role
General Description:
To fulfill related tasks including but not limited to phone awering, mail distribution, and other office administrative tasks.
Respoible for
1. Greet visito and assist them to be well taken care of
2. Assist in routines office supply issues
3. Stationary ,lunch / drink water ordering
4. Express/ fax dispatching
5. Support on benefit management and delivery
6. Flight tickets payment organizing
7. Visiting card printing
8. Account checking and payment for related admin parts
9.Travel Management, train and flight ticket booking, hotel booking, etc if needed
10. Other supportive jobs related to Admin assigned by leader
Basis of requirements:
1.Junior college or above
2.1-2 yea' relevant working experience
3.Good oral/written skill both in English and Mandarin
4.Good communication skill
5.Good command of PC skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
6.Careful & patient, easy going, team player with service cociousness
