1.Dimeional Ipection Plan (DIP) Management

(1)Support PDE team in creating DIP based on Customer drawing / requirements

(2)Approve, store, and manage DIP files on DCC / other drives

2. Obtaining and Analyzing Dimeional Data

(1)Manage new product development parts going to the dimeional lab, and euring the dimeional lab has the required documentation (DIP, etc) to create a dimeional report

(2)Review and provide data from Dimeional Lab to CFT, including analysis if necessary.

3. Gauge / Dimeional Systems Management

(1)Support Gauge design with experience from past dimeional issues.

(2)Participate in Gauge R&

(3)Drive changes to dimeional management system to streamline the process and improve overall smoothness

1.Diploma or Degree holder

2.At least 5 yea relevant working experience.Has a primary skill set in Dimeional Systems management

3. CAD and 3D software skill is needed, with minimum 2 yea practical Application.

4.A working knowledge of plastics design and injection mold tooling is required.

5.International working skills and an undetanding of the global market are required.

6.Excellent computer skills along with good written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

7.A working knowledge of other CAD systems such as AutoCad is desirable

8.Good in oral and written English
