1.As the technical window , to collect and define the product technical information, lead the CAD team member to finished the product 3D/2D data on time.

2.Deliver design concept for product to fulfill project objectives.

3.As the CFT member, to lead programs flawless launch (Gate 1 to Gate 6) from technical side.

4.Communicate the cooperate with customer + vendo, to lead the gauge design approval and final acceptance by internally and customer.

5.Define & approval of the product DV/PV testing plan, and implement the testing plan to fulfill product requirements.

6.Develop new processes/technologies to support new project request and company growth.

7.Technical review & analysis supporting on the pre-award programs.

8.Establish and close looped a single point of BOK, Lesso Learned and Best Practices

9.Has a primary skill set in gauge design and management

Qualificatio:

1. Diploma or Degree holder

2. At least 6 yea relevant working experience; of which 2 yea experience in automotive plastics

3. Familiar with exterior ornamentation and interior trim

4. A working knowledge of plastics design and injection mold tooling is required.

5. International working skills and an undetanding of the global market are required.

6. Excellent computer skills along with good written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

7. Proficiency in Catia V5, with formal training in specified CAD system, with minimum 2 yea practical Application

8. A working knowledge of other CAD systems such as AutoCad, Solidworks UG is desirable

9. Good in English or Japanese
