1. Paint code defined according to clear and real expectation of customer

2.Offer all aspects of technical support including realizable BOM for paint application, and other technical requirements related painting process

3.Build the Benchmarking for the paint process and parts series.

4.Mange the lesson learned and best practice related to paint tecnology and process

New technology innovation

1. Homologation for all OEM's requirment

2. Paint over chrome development for each OEM leading in Aisa

3. New painting technology innovation research

Technical Support for new program development

1. Support color development according to customer requirement for new project.

2.Support for the paint choice for new project to eure meet customer specification with high yield and low cost

3.Support all programs related paint process, give them input from technical point of view

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree, preferably in a paint engineering technology field

2. 5+ yea’ experience in painting , automotive parts painting experience will be plus

3. Experience on both manual and equipment will be plus

4. Good English communication skills and computer skills of Micro soft office.

5. Patient, endure pressure, Self-motivated, Hard-working and good communication skills

6. Able to travel and work over time
