Introduction
Monitoring Department is respoible for the monitoring of Beijing clients’ indoor environment, including result analysis, and the adjustment, itallment and maintenance of monito.
Respoibilities
o 100% of monitoring assets are tracked and assigned to correct owner and eventually client
o Manage deployment, to include on-site validation, micro site customization, and customer training.
o Post-itallation support, to include troubleshooting, client support, scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance, and report generation as needed.
o Cotant process improvement -- always make everything better and more efficient
o Anticipate problems and offer recommendatio before I or other manage ask for them
o Good relatiohip with supported internal clients, good ability to handle clients’ complain
o Good relatiohip with own team
o Interface with development team, including attending weekly development meeting and gathering and prioritizing input from sales teams
Requirements
o Must be a local hire and currently located in either Suzhou, Beijing or Shanghai (or be willing to relocate)
o Able to search and read English technical data and itructio
o Friendly and inquisitive peonality; pay attention to detail; able to work independently
o Native Mandarin speaker with strong written English, able to write proposals and presentatio in English
o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience using CAD a plus
o Fun, team-oriented, likes to learn and solve challenges
o Passion for making a difference and helping clients

Monitoring部门负责北京客户的环境监测,包括监测数据分析以及监测仪器校准、安装以及维护等。
工作内容
o负责监测仪器的售后技术服务、安装调试、应用技术指导等工作;
o熟练掌握仪器的应用知识,应用领域,发现并告诉客户使用此仪器能给客户的工作带来的帮助,解决客户提出的应用问题;
o受理客户投诉,并积极处理客户投诉;
o负责新设备引入与调试,定期作保养和维护;
o配合销售做所负责区域的仪器售前售后应用支持。
任职要求:
o能熟练查阅英文技术资料和产品说明书;
o能够独立解决现场问题;
o具备较强的语言表达能力、沟通能力、实践能力和分析、学习能力;性格开朗、团队合作、勤奋主动;
o熟悉仪器安装调试的相关流程,能对区域销售人员及客户进行应用技术指导、培训;
o能熟练使用计算机;
o英语听说读写熟练。
