职责:
1.开发拓展银行业务渠道,并与其建立良好的关系
2.筹办参与各种市场活动,开发并获得潜在客户资源
3.结合公司的理财产品,为客户提供全方位的财务规划,资产配置管理,投资方案,以开拓和维系个人客户
4.负责根据客户委托,帮助客户实施理财计划
5.组织各类高端活动与讲座,吸引新业务并加深客户体验
6.收集市场信息和客户建议,向客户传递公司产品与服务信息
7.学习和了解相关法规和内部风险与合规政策
要求:
1.大专以上学历 ,2年以上银行个人理财销售经验
2.对金融行业具有浓厚兴趣,具备良好的人际沟通能力,协调分析能力,善于于人合作
3.能较快地学习和理解公司的各项培训知识
4.具有良好的职业操守和较强的事业心,责任心
5.有银行等相关金融企业的销售经历者优先
6.具有优质客户资源者优先

Requirements
2 – 3 yea working experience in financial field.
Indepth knowledge of enlisted products and services and the related branch operatio, procedures, systems and technology.
Compreheive knowledge of compliance and security policies and procedures.
Willing to take challenge and able to work under pressure.
Good see of customer service and strong sales-driven.
Good written and oral skills (proficiency in both English and Chinese).
