职位描述:
Liaise with other functional/departmental superviso so as to undetand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to eure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
Respoible for recruitment process and results and make sure to find target candidate and subsequent arrangement after offering to meet business requirements.
Coultant of HR issues, including but not limited policy, procedures, documentatio, etc. Handling of daily operation HR issues
Other assignment that manager required
Requirement
At least 5 yea of Human Resources experience,at least 2+ year banking industry or agency(banking industry related experience), retail banking recruitment exerience is preferable
