职位描述:
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Project implementation, management, and development
• To review previous projects and documentation evidence to undetand of both external and internal attributes related to youth development and poverty issues in urban settings; Collect and analyze data and information, offer profound iights to project development and future strategy.
• To eure timely implementation of youth development projects in terms of design, planning, budgeting, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, and the target outputs and outcomes being achieved.
• To prepare and submit budgets for the project activities to the line manager regularly, monitor expenditure and conduct phasing to eure the most effective management of the budget to achieve the project goals.
• To produce high quality reports, communicatio and publicity materials for SC internal and external stakeholde such as dono and partne.
• Eure the appropriateness of financial, administrative and supply documentation. Eure the availability and sharing with internal departments and external partne of accurate, complete and up-to-date information relevant to the project.
Communicatio and Partnehips
• To work closely with relevant departments such as Finance, Funding unit and Policy and Communicatio, and the Programme Quality Team.
• To work closely with NGO partne on implementing activities to achieve sustainability. To build the knowledge and capacity of NGO partne in the forms of workshop, on-site training, peer education to help partne meet SC’s vision and technical requirements.
• To develop and maintain relatiohip with external expert teams, private training organizatio, companies, and academic ititutio to strengthen the project work and collect information on policy and industry trends, contributing to future project planning.
Knowledge Management and Learning
• To compile relevant materials and participate in learning and publicity activities; provide advice and support where necessary for internal and external knowledge sharing and capacity building activities.
Other Support as agreed with line manager
• The post-holder may be required to perform other tasks and respoibilities for itance providing support to an emergency respoe or delegating for a colleague.
QUALIFICATIO AND EXPERIENCE
• A professional qualification at bachelor level or above in a related subject.
• A minimum of five yea of work experience in a related field, preferably in NGOs and with knowledge and experience of project implementation cycle, especially the ability to lead implement and plan activities in a timely manner.
• Exteive knowledge of youth employment/livelihood/development issues in urban contexts.
• Strong communication skills and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with divee groups of people.
• A flexible approach to work with good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative data management would be a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin both spoken and written, with good report writing skills.
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• An undetanding of and commitment to, the aims of SC as an organisation working for social change and active in the promotion of the rights of the child.
