Job description
The role
Support the co-CEOs of Flamingo Shanghai in all aspects of hiring, on-boarding, developing and evaluating key talent across functio.
Key results areas
Talent expaion
–Shape annual talent strategy, promotion plan and hiring needs/plan
–Identify high-potential candidates; organize and conduct interviews
–Identify and establish relatiohips with ititutio that offer an attractive talent pool (e.g. univeities)
–Identify suitable recruitment provide and negotiate rates
–Promote company culture and present our work to partnenew hires
Talent growth and talent retention
–Sit in on performance appraisals and eure key actio points are well recorded and acted upon
–Train AD/D on how to effectively conduct appraisals
–Foster people mobility across offices
–Help drive the Flamingo training & ipiration programme Skills and attitudes
–Coordinate talent mobility strategy within the group (Correspondents, Xchange, Secondments)
–Be a sounding board for talent (having a pulse on level of happiness, undetand the ebbs and flows of company culture)
Contribute to the success of the Flamingo brand
–Proactively support initiatives designed to achieve the vision and business plan
–Help drive the Flamingo training & ipiration programme Skills and attitudes
