职位描述:
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Account Manager position is respoible for delivering sales results of assigned custome, performing the functio that drive effective customer management, forecasting future sales as well as identifying new business opportunities within their respoible areas.
KEY RESPOIBILITIES
?Provide proactive account management to a portfolio of assigned accounts.
?Meet the set annual sales revenue and Gross Margin target
?Develop sales forecast based on account and program
?Develop a program map (BOM) for existing programs and maintenance.
?To increase sales by acquiring new business from existing clients and establish business relatiohip with potential new clients.
?To be respoible for price negotiation, sales contract clauses negotiation and contract signing. Coordinate with other departments to follow up the delivery of goods.
?To update sales plan by analyzing sales status regularly.
?Compile monthly sales reports and customer visiting reports.
?Share best sales practice with team.
?Other duties assigned by the manager
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in Material Engineering and above.
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
?5+ yea’ experience in China Aerospace industry
?Sales experience in Composite/adhesive is a plus.
?Engineering work experience in Chinese OEM is preferred.

?Time management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines and time management
?Able to travel
