Job Summary:

This position provides quality services to custome through accurate quotatio, sales order and purchase order processing; as well as maintai customer-supplier relatiohips by performing the required duties

Job Respoibilities:Receive Requests for Quotes from custome and prepare/estimate quotes to be sent to the customerProcess purchase order and prepare order acknowledgementWork closely with sales team with regard to any issue/concern to eure we able to deliver quality service to custome in achieving total customer satisfaction Eure all customeupplier traactio comply with Quality and Export requirementsMaintain and establish good relatiohips with custome and vendo

Job Requirements:

Formal Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in International Business is preferred.

Work Experience:3 yea of CSR or relevant experienceKnowledge in aerospace materials or chemical material is preferred

People Management Skills:Ability to work independently to meet departmental objectivesAbility to communicate in an open and cotructive manner with team membeAbility to trai and develops new customer service representatives, if needed
