职位描述:
Job Summary:
This position(Program Coordinator&Qualification Specialist) is designed to develop and implement a project plan specialized for the ACC Program and Aerospace Qualification in Beijing based on Argosy strategic business plan. This peon will coordinate and/or provide technical support to improve product quality prior to distribution; liaison between the functional and business needs to eure customer satisfaction and quality assurance; adhere to customer specificatio and aerospace quality requirements.
Job Respoibilities:
Program Management
1) Create and execute the plan based on defined objectives and timeline;
2) Design and implement an appropriate work breakdown chart;
3) Identify any risks/issues during development and execution of the plan, make appropriate analysis and adopt effective measures to mitigate risks
4) Track related POs, delivery and documents;
5) Prepare and present report on the progress of executing the plan and make sure the execution of project in on the right track;
6) Establish and maintain positive and effective work relatiohip with team membe and external parties.
Qualification Management
1) Develop, coordinate and support qualification test pla and correlate final test and qualification activities to customer requirements for buy-off;
2) Engage in regular communicatio with custome and supplie and provide support to qualification process;
3) Maintain records of testing and certificatio required for Aerospace projects;
4) Manage the Aerospace supply base, including supplier qualification, development, audits and performance monitoring.
Quality Management
1) Develop Quality Control Pla for projects based on customer specificatio & Statement of Work (SOW);
2) Develop, track and improve Key Performance Indicto (KPI) across the projects;
3) Be the Voice of the Customer throughout the project life cycle and an advocate for Argosy, eure compliance to established Argosy procedures & processes;
4) Eure that all projects adequately capture nonconformance reports (NCR), corrective action reports (CAR) and Lesso Learned information. Facilitate proper closure of issues and resolutio;
5) Participate in and recommend continuous improvement through the project life cycle.
Job Requirements:
Formal Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent is required
Work Experience:
Minimum3yea of working experience with quality background in ISO/AS9100 internal audit and the certification process
Aerospace industry experience is preferred

Strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
