PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Being head of Finance function, to provide effective support to business operation, properly monitor control risk and enable improvement actio being implemented, provide high quality and business meaningful data-based analysis to management team to drive business, act in a relatively independently manner in the plant to eure traparency being provided through finance channel and introduce SE best practices into plants for business sustainability

REGULAR RESPOIBILITIES

1.Lead regular finance operation interacted with both internal and external custome (costing, controlling, closing, reporting, collection, etc.), covering both commercial and plant operation

2.Lead the business review process in support of both GSC and BU requirements

3.Being a business partner to BU and provide efficient business support to BU

4.Eure complete review and control in place for commercial tendering, contract and execution

5.Drive efficiency improvement in existing business process and benchmark with other plants

6.Improving costing for existing product lines to support new initiatives

7.Influence and enhance internal control awareness throughout the organization, identify control weakness and drive improvement

8.Finance team coaching and development
