Respoibility

· To organize and file the process documentation in accordance with quality system and production.

·To support manufacture engineering (Trouble shooting, safety issue…)

·To support or lead some projects launched in plant

·To support MTM (Methods Time Management) implementation in plant (Study + process improvement)

·To monitor the production capacity based on the order in takes and get investment plan base on forecast

·To guarantee the correct set up of process information into SAP (BOM and Routine)

·To continuously take improvement actio of manufacturing engineering base on SPS principle

·To work together with MTM technicia to improve production labor productivity

·To work together with quality department to improve product quality and reduce MDR

·To optimize workshop layout base on lean principles

Requirements

Bachelor or above on Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering / Automatic Engineering

Professional Experience Requirement

3~5 yea working experience in process / method engineer position

- Be familiar with MS office

- Be familiar with Auto CAD

- Fluent in oral and written English
