Job Description:
1. To reply customer’s inquiries on product information, prices, availability and order status etc and take orde via phone calls, emails, faxes and sales team.
2. To be respoible for services to designated accounts and account manage, and provide them with services in a timely, careful, respoible and proactive manner;
3. To communicate cross functional teams to facilitate the order fulfilment process and eure custome’ claims, inquiries and special requirement are addressed and handled properly and timely;
4. To perform other duties assigned by line manager.
Qualification
Bachelor degree
1-2 y experience in Customer service
Bio/chemical major
