职责综述Summary of duties：

？负责安装在物理化学实验室内检测设备的验收工作

Respoible for the checking facility’s sign off in physical/chemical lab;

？负责检测设备运行管理;

Respoible for the checking facility operating management;

？为物理化学实验室的所有检测制定操作指导书 ;

Establish checking itruction for all checking process in the physical/chemical lab;

？为所有的测量设备操作员培训 ;

Afford facility operating training to all operato in physical/chemical lab.

？ 对检测操作员的首件检测行为做技术指导 ;

Technical guide to the checking operator’s fit part checking.

？对检测结果出现异常情况的处理;

Deal with the abnormal situation of the checking result.

？按照EHS的要求对实验室的化学品的领用，使用和废弃行为进行管控；

Manage the chemicals receiving, couming and giving up behavior in Physical/Chemical lab according to EHS requirements.

任职要求Requirements：

●熟练掌握机械识图； Good knowledge of technical drawings

●熟练掌握理化相关检测设备的使用原理并熟练使用计算机；熟练掌握金属材料试验及相关标准要求； Familiar with physical/chemical measurement equipment application, good office skills; familiar with metal material test method and relevant testing standards

●熟悉实验室控制管理程序、监视和测量控制程序；Familiar with Lab Management process, monitoring and checking process

●沟通能力；Communicate ability

●团结协作的能力；Team work ability

●培训的能力；Training ability

●解决冲突的能力；Capable of settling conflict
