职位描述:
职责综述Summary of duties:
售时售后信息的处理 Resolving BIS and after sales issues
1、主要OEM 用户质量保证/OEM 沟通 Main OEM CQA/OEM communication
2、售时售后信息的处理 Resolving BIS and after sales issues
3、向OEM 用户提交改进报告 Submission of improvement report to OEM customer;
4. 负责客户审核、来访的接待和工作开展管理;Respoible for customer auditing, visiting reception and relevant work management
5. 负责产品的召回管理 respoible for product recall control
任职要求Requirements:
1. 熟练掌握机械识图及office 软件;熟悉变速箱及零部件产品知识。
Familiar with the mechanical drawing and office software; familiar with the product knowledge of tramission and components.
2. 精通质量相关工具APQP、PPAP、SPC、FMEA;熟悉VDA、TS16949 等标准。
Familiar with the quality relevant tools such as APQP,PPAP, SPC, FMEA; familiar with the VDA& TS16949 standard.
3. 独立使用英语工作
Work in English independently;
4. 沟通, 培训,团结协作的能力
Team work ability;Communicate ability ;Trainingability.
5. 解决冲突的能力
Capable of settling conflict.
6.有制造工艺经验者优
Manufacturing process experience is preferred.
