职位描述:
岗位职责:
1、依据工厂、部门下达的生产、质量、成本、管理目标,进行目标的分解 According to the plant and department released target of production, quality, cost, management ,do the target break-down;
2、制定目标达成方案、过程监控、达成并超越目标Make work plan for the break-down target achieving, tracking and getting EX result;
3、召开月度、季度、半年、年度目标分析会,寻找差距并制定对策改善。Hold target achieving meeting by monthly, quarterly, half a year and annual to analysis the problems and make CCAR to solve those;
4、达成目标开展员工自主小改善、合理化建议、指导性改善活动。Carry out the self-Kaizen, Rationalization proposal and specified Kaizen activities to achieve target;
5、负责编制、落实车间各项管理制度及管理流程。检查制度的落实情况,制定整改措施,检查整改措施的效果;Respoible for making workshop management system, checking the carry out status and make the rectification measures to check the effect of the corrective actio;
6、收集QCDSM等异常情况,参与处理并向上级汇报 Collect QCDSM abnormal things and participate in dealing with those and report to the leader
7、利用公司、工厂资源,开展员工技能、专业、职业生涯培训,制定并实施员工培训计划。 Develop team membe and employees training, professional skills and career planning by using company & plant resources;
8、评价下属员工绩效,并指导改进、提升。Make performance evaluation for teams and employees and give suggestio for them improvement;
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,大学英语四级或以上,机械制造、生产管理等相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, univeity English level four or above, mechanical engineering or production management or other related majo.
2、应具有生产管理或机械制造5年以上工作经验
Production or related work experience for 5 yea and above
3、熟练掌握ISO9000/14000/18000A8000等标准,有带领车间建立/运行相关标准经验;Familiar with ISO9000/14000/18000 / SA8000 standard, have the experience of workshop setup and operation in related standards;
4、能进行自我激励主动带领团队解决问题,实现持续改进,优秀的沟通能力,执行能力及合作技能,Self-motivated to lead team solve problems and make continuous improvement and excellent communication, execution and coordination skills
5、熟悉机械加工、产品工艺、物流管理等相关知识,并具有精益制造理念; Familiar with mechanical processing, product process, logistics management, and other related knowledge, such as lean manufacturing concept
6、熟悉计算机操作熟练,熟练掌握EXCEL等OFFICE软件使用,具有一定的数据库知识
To know well about computer operation, EXCEL, and have some knowledge of database.
