岗位职责:
1. To be respoible for regionla service , including the itallation, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
负责区域售后的仪器设备的安装、调试、保养和维修等工作的计划和实施。
2. Manage, coach and monitor subordinates to reach team objective.
管理、指导、培训下属实现团队工作目标。
3. To be resposible for the team cotruction, including manpower coordination, training and people assessment.
负责区域内售后团队建设,包括人员的调配,培训,考核等。
4. Manage, monitor and improve service quality continously.
管理,监督售后服务质量,并持续改进
5. Quick respoe to customer complaint, resolve the problems in short time. To work with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction, such as sales, marketing and application.
积极响应客户投诉,及时解决客户的问题,与其他团队紧密合作,确保客户满意度,比如销售团队,市场团队,应用团队等。
6. To be resposible for technical support for exhibition.
区域展会的布展撤展等工作。
7. Monthly review spares stock and adjust.
定期review备件库存情况并及时调整。
8. To be resposible for training and skill assessment to distributo, provide quality service to end-user.
8. 负责区域经销商的技术培训,技能考核等,与经销商一起,为客户提供高质量的售后服务。
任职要求:
1. bachelor or above, major in computer, electronic and biomedical engineering
本科及以上学历,计算机,电子,自动化,生物医学工程等相关专业
2. 4+ yea's experiences in service; experiences in technical support, service quality management, spares management and technical training.
4年以上售后服务工作经验。对售后服务流程,服务质量管理,备件管理,技能培训深入了解;
3. Rich experiences in troubleshooting, good hands-on ability. Be familiar with working priciple of itrument.
具有丰富的实际维修经验,动手能力强。熟悉仪器设备的工作原理,控制原理等。
4. CET-4 or above, can read technical documentatio.
英语4级及以上,能够熟练阅读英文技术资料;
5. customer satisfactory and result oriented. Able to take high pressure, Strong analytical skills, good communication skill, team spirited.
以客户满意为导向,以结果为导向,能够承担较大的工作压力,优秀的独立解决问题的能力和客户服务意识。良好的沟通技巧和团队合作。
