岗位职责:
1. 和经销商共制定同适合区域市场情况的市场推广计划。
2. 和经销商业务相关人员共同开拓二级市场终端客户,建设经销的区域标杆客户。
3. 开拓新产品在二级市场的新客户。
4. 协助经销商的省级、市级等地区性招标。
5. 参与经销商的年度签约、日常管理等事务。
6. 实时反馈二级市场的竞品信息、行业信息、客户需求等。
7. 反馈经销商业务、技术培训的需求给培训组织者。
8. 负责单个经销商日常的销售、推广等指导及培训。
Job Respoibilities:
1. Set up regional promotion plan with distributor, which match specific regional situation.
2. Develop customer with sales of distributor, build the distributed demotration customer in the region.
3. Develop new customer of new product in tier 2 market.
4. Associate distributor to respoe to the provincial, municipal and hospital biding.
5. Participate in annual contract signing and distributor management affai.
6. Give feedback about competitor, industry and customer request in tier 2 market.
7. Give feedback distributor request about business and technical training to training organizer.
8. Be respoible for coaching distributor about daily sell and product promotion.
岗位要求:
1. 本科以上学历,关于医药实验相关专业优先。
2. 抗压能力强,能适应出差
3. 两年以上医药和生物企业渠道销售工作经历
4. 良好的沟通能力和人际关系
5. 具备团队合作精神
6. 熟练操作办公软件
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above related area, major in medical laboratory will be better.
2. Able to work under pressure and travel
3. Minimum 2year channel sales working experience in medical and biological industry.
4. Excellent communication, interpeonal and coordination skills
5. Excellent team work spirit
6. Good skill in MICROSOFT
