? Take the customer’s and internal orde from inbound call, email, fax and ordering system in the same day when received. Complete the orde in ERP system correctly and effectively

? Manage customer requirements for order, shippment and invoice

?Providing data to internal function as requirements.

? Respoible for reporting any inbound call team works to the team supervisor.

? Assist other tasks assigned from time to time
