岗位职责:
1.负责区域售前/售后技术支持工作;
2.解决区域内客户技术及产品投诉问题;
3.负责客户产品知识及产品应用培训,学术会议组织及执行;
4.收集市场信息并进行产品比对分析;
5.定期拜访客户,将客户信息反馈给当地销售;
6.仪器安装及维护。

3.Conduct Customer training for products application
4.Collect market information and provide product analysis from a technical pepective
5.Visit client regularly and feedback custome information the local sales

岗位要求:
1.本科及以上学历,医学检验及生命科学相关专业
2.良好的沟通能力
3.2年以上医疗和生物技术领域技术支持工作经验
4.流利的英语听说读写能力
5.具备的团队合作精神
6.熟练操作办公软件
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Clinical Diagnostics or life science discipline or equivalent
2.Good communicatio ability
3.Minimum 2 yea working experience, preferable in technical support for medical or biotechnological area.
4.Good command of speaking and writing in English
5.Excellent team work spirit
6.Well veed in MS office software application (Word, Excel, Power point)
