—Ow and manages the customer experience of custome
—Proactively monito and manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures
—Eures services are delivered to the custome as promised and/or that the custome are kept informed of relevant deviatio
—Build strong relatiohip with the custome
—Undetands the custome’ business drive and leverages them to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the company and the custome
—Ow all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholde
—Address root causes and seek continuous improvements – cotantly look for ways to improve work processes.
—Work independently and assist the team in realizing goals and standards – share knowledge and best practices.
任职要求:
—Bachelor degree holder
—Minimum 1 year working experience in service industry
—Education and experience in shipping/ logistics industry is highly preferred
—Excellent team player
—Able to work under pressure
—Well organized, efficient and effective
—Strong interpeonal and communication skills
—Proactive and customer-oriented
—Fluent in English both written and spoken
