Purpose of the position and Key respoibility
As Tianjin Sales Manager, provides leadehip to the leade and/or professional staff in the team works independently within a broad framework, with a clear level of authority. Contributes ideas to sales team to develop business, optimize process, improve procedures. Solves complex challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factocauses and is aware of the impact of proposed solutio outside their own immediate area. This position will be accountable for the team performance and results, and people development - coaching and mentoring to build organizational capability, talent and bench strength.
Specific respoibilities of the position:
?Formulate and execute a clear and effective sales strategy in Tianjin (Beijing is included) sales team and direction in line with the area and cluster Sales business plan
?Drive business growth and market share through engagement with the team and internal stakeholde. Eure multi-functional alignment to client’s needs
?Drive overall performance management in Tianjin and Beijing sales teams and deliver target
?Support the global sales traformation and act as the role model; make joint sales calls with sales executives to eure selling skills and techniques are mastered
?Build organizational capabilities and focused on building sales relatiohips between the company and clients
?Eure compreheive customer coverage; align sales efforts with the commercial strategy through close collaboration with Trade & Marketing and Customer Service
?Eure Tianjin and Beijing Sales Team utilises and capitalises on SFDC
?Coach and ipire Tianjin and Beijing Sales Team to enhance performance, capabilities, knowledge and professionalism
-Coach, lead and develop direct reports and othe, work closely with teams and individuals to identify and improve competency gaps and devise objectives and peonal development pla.
-Attract and retain the right talents iide and outside of the organisation
-Exercise leadehip and develop talent to eure a sustainable leadehip pipeline as well as the most effective and efficient team.
?Collaborate with other channels to eue improved account and field coverage in PRN, right channel and approach for right customer
?Drive clear internal client ownehip and individual target setting and performance management

Key requirements for the position:(knowledgekill/experience/leadehip competency)
?Bachelor or same level degree
?Minimum 10 yea’ experience in Sales or Commercial, preferably with at least 4 yea’ in a leadehip position.
?Ability to work in very complex environment
?See of urgency and be result oriented
?Exteive knowledge and undetanding of the custome’ business coupled with supply chain and financial iights
?Strong knowledge of global trade, the local and international market landscape as well as industry trends
?Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and leadehip
