Purpose & general respoibilities of the position:

?Drive Import sales target for Great China Cluster Import Control Sales Team

?Closely follow up market and competition information to share within the internal stakeholde

?Promote company’s service and brand to the custome at destination

?Work together with origin colleagues and other internal stakeholde to drive performance

Specific respoibilities of the position:

?Eure the Control Import budget is delivered

?Manage assigned custome and budget base; puue and secure business in line with the corporate and cluster objectives within the Import Control Sales Channel.

?Update salesforce.com system with good data quality

?Establish internal network in Great China Cluster and globally to facilitate resolution of customer issues.

?Build undetanding of all service offerings to be able to offer integrated solutio.

?Communicate significant trade trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts.

?Timely report market intelligence, trade/industry trends, accounts development to TNM, management and relevant parties.

?Research and undetand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential custome.

?Research and analyse competitive and industry trends (e.g. analyse sales statistics, prepare reports, study literature regarding new and existing services and monitor sales, prices and services of competito); recommend appropriate measures.

?Prepare and pre-plan sales visits

?Provide input to sales report and other Ad-hoc reporting required

?Handle free time requests and claim cases properly

?Promote E-Commerce services for IMP custome

?Cotantly improve customer satisfaction

?Effectively handle sales related internal and external visito in close coordination with trade desk

?Participate in Customer events; represent ML on fai / exhibitio

?Participate in IMP Strategy meetings

?At least 3 yea’ experience in shipping liner industry or relevant industry and import knowledge is preferred

?Excellent reporting and MS office skills

?Proficient English/Chinese in speaking and writing

?Good undetanding and live up to company’s values

?Good team spirit
