2 Functional Qualificatio:

-Specialist knowledge in regard to the related Production Process

-Basic knowledge of the essential Q-standards of the automotive industry (e.g., ISO / TS 16949, FMEA)

-Method Knowledge /quality/ (e g selected tools for process analysis, process capability / control of processes, special characteristics, problem solving process after 7-STEP/8D)

-Methods Knowledge /Lean/ (e.g. 5S, SMED, kanban)

-Good IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word, ERP)

-ABB robot programming, PLC programming is plus

3 Education:

-Completed undergraduate studies on engineering (e.g. industrial engineering, mechatronics, electronic, machine cotruction)

4 Professional Experience:

-3-5 yea’ experience

-Experience in Foreign Enterprise

-Experience in Manufacturing

-Experience in Automotive:

-Good Knowledge in English Language

5 Specific Knowledge:

-MS office

-Experience or knowledge of ABB robot is plus; Experience in assembly is plus

-基本的汽车生产领域的质量标准基础知识(比如 ISO/TS 16949 ,FMEA)

-方法知识”质量”(比如 选择工具用于图形化工艺分析，加工能力/进程控制，特殊特性，7步报告后解决问题过程)

-方法知识”精益”(比如 5S，SMED，价值流，看板管理)

-良好的IT技能(比如 Excel, Word, ERP)

-会ABB机器人编程、PLC编程更佳

3 教育程度及专业：

-本科学历，工业工程学、机电一体化、电子工程、机械制造等工程类专业
