1 Technical Tasks:

EHS

-Compliance with 5S principles

-Compliance with Safety standards and regulatio

-Eliminate safety deficiencies and to reporting to the superior

Production Data

-Key user for X-PERT, Z-STAR and TIG / X-PERT，Z-STAR，TIG

-Train PN team for production data booking

-Coordinate with Solution Owner or by himself to solve the problems of X-PERT, Z-STAR and TIG in production area

-Monitor production data booking and find out incorrect booking cases

-Production Data statistics and analysis

-Optimize booking procedure

-Coordinate with other department to solve data booking issue

Production Document

-Prepare production report (Production daily report, BSC, OEE, Scrap report, etc.)

-Support to prepare Peonal plan and Capacity plan

-Support to prepare documents for Audit (TS/IOS 16949 audit, Customer audit, etc.)

-Summarize Audit LOP list related with PN, e.g. Process Audit, 3rd and 4th Layered Audit, etc. and follow up improvement status

-Author or update Work Itruction or document tralation

-Conduct necessary meetings and prepare minutes of meeting

-Visualize production relevant information

-Support executing investment budgets

2 Functional Qualificatio:

-Experience of using ERP system

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel including Functio, Formulas, Chart, Pivot

-Professional knowledge of Statistics or Excel VBA or master Access

-Knowledge of OEE, Utilization rate, etc.

-Basic knowledge of the essential Q-standards of the automotive industry (e.g., ISO / TS 16949)

3 Education:

-Bachelor degree on engineering (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering) or Mathematics, Statistics.

4 Professional Experience:

-3-5 yea’ experience

-Experience in Foreign Enterprise

-Experience in Manufacturing

-Experience in Automotive:

-Good Knowledge in English Language

-协助准备审核相关文件（例如，TS/IOS 16949审核，客户审核等）

-总结与生产相关的审核问题列表，例如过程审核，第三第四层次分层审核等，并跟进改善状态

-起草或更新作业指导书或翻译文件

-适当的进行必要会议并总结会议记录

-生产有关信息目视化

-协助执行预算方案

2 专业要求：

-有使用ERP系统的经验

-必须熟练使用微软Excel，包括函数，公式，图表，数据透视表

-具有专业的统计学知识或Excel VBA编程能力或熟练使用Access
