General Summary

Control of supporting new projects launch in trail planning, sample delivery logistic, trail operation coordination.

Essential Job Respoibilities

1.Communicate with Program Manager and SCM dept. to review new projects capacity status.

2.Together with procurement, material availability team to safeguard ramp up and trial plan material availability.

3.Together with internal Engineering, import/export, QA and supply planning functio to safeguard new product delivery plan.

4.To optimize new product supply and production planning processes to eure continuous improvement in performance.

5.To monitor and control KPI for new projects trial period.

6.BoM and System validation support.

7.Receive the sample orde from Launch Coordinato and follow up the trial plan to produce the shipments volume.

8.Overall coordination for solving the resources conflicts with mass production planning team.

9.Comply with TS16949 and ISO 14001 Requirements

Qualification

1.Bachelor degree, at least 5 yea working experience in planning.

2.3 yea’ experience in automotive industry

3.Excellent oral and written English skill

4.Strong interpeonal communicatio skills

5.Self-motivated with good business acumen

6.Must have good computer skills, Word, Excel, Power point

7.Able to work overtime
