respoibilities:

1. 厂区内设备点检、巡检，做好记录表格，及时汇报发现问题点。 check the equipment of the company and make the record, report in time if find someproblems.

2.制定全厂设备保养计划，并带领技术员进行设备维护。做好pm前巡检单和pm后会议单，及时跟踪pm的进展和质量，确保pm后生产线设备运行在***的状态。make pm plan all plant machine; lead the pm technician team to do pm. do the ipection before pm and the meeting record after pm; track the process and the quality in time. make sure that all the equipment would be in best condition

3.生产线设备的日常保养，按照设备点检表的要求严格执行。daily maintenance of the production equipment, according to the tpm check list strictly.

4.安排维修生产线换下来的各类零部件，及各类配件的更换记录和维修记录，便于及时跟踪。make the repair the parts which disassembled from the machines ,in order to track, make the record about exchange and maintenance.

5.定期做好设备的计划性停机维修工作，及时收集设备故障信息，在设备停机保养时修复。check and repair the machine accord to the planning ,collect the equipment erro in time ,and repair it when the machines stop.

6. 按规定程序添加润滑剂， 粘胶或其他物质到机器， 机器部件或其他设备。目视化管理并提供路线图add lubricating oil, glue and the othe to the machines or parts in order. visual control and provide routine map for the machine

7. 定义设备预知维护保养计划表，并按计划严格执行make the predictive maintenance plan for required machine, and follow the plan to do the maintenance

8.记录生产，维修及机器维护保养信息。make the record about repairing and maintenance.

9.pm 工单制作，档案管理、核查。create the pm list, ipect and manage document.

10.pm备件申购申请和部门备件维修费用的有效控制. pm spare parts purchasing requisition and eng pm spare part cost control

11.上级安排的其它工作。finish the othe task by the supervisor.

requirement:

1.minimum 5 yea total working experiences 至少5年工作经验

2. knowledge / experience in pm/tpm area。熟悉设备pm/tpm

3. languages (english):fluent english both in writing and reading is preferred.语言（英文）： 流利的英语写作和阅读者优先。

4.respoibility and making decision. 有责任心并具备决定力。
