Summary of Role
Key respoibility will be to
?Eures the appropriate Improvement projects are defined, spoored, projects are managed, and delivered, euring coherence between Top-Down (Policy deployment) and Bottom-Up initiatives.
?Leads successfully high impact traferring & change projects.
?Eures coistency with UK & China all sites policies, implement CI projects and report results.
?Manages employee suggestion programme on operation site(short / long loops).
?Manage all projects related to business operatio level and coordinate relevant teams and areas to make sure the targets of each project are achieved.
?Develop youelf to build you into a position of leadehip with respect from your CI colleagues.
?To manage the CI traition and changes in the business and help developing new capability in Chengdu euring that we meet our growth targets.
?Develop the CI projects to eure the business KPIs are satisfied by working with and supporting each area from operatio level of the business.
?Take the ownehip of business CI scorecard and report it to functional manager every month
Key Tasks
?Lead the CI project and manage all the projects related to business operatio
?Coordinate and interface with key roles in other related functio to lead the CI projects being assigned to this role
?Coordinate and lead the traferring CI projects between UK and China
?Eure we have effective controls in place to manage each CI project and to eure that any hazards or risks that might impact future performance are identified and managed
?Effectively manage resources, costs, timescale and results in CI projects.
?Work with all internal functio to promote highest levels of business operatio to support of achieving business CI KPIs
?Lead and develop CI culture across the business to achieve high level of efficiency
?Any other tasks deemed commeurate with your role by management.

Qualities Required
?Degree in appropriate manufacturing discipline
?Full experience in pressurised manufacturing business within aerospace
?5 yea of experience working for a multi-national machining company would be an advantage
?Confident and commercially astute with ability to successfully build and manage relatiohips
?Exteive project management experience with ability to manage a multi disciplined team and work to demanding objectives and timescales
?Track record of successfully delivering high levels of performance
?Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence othe.
?Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
?Excellent skills on PPT/EXCEL/WORD and ERP system
?Able to work with minimal supervision yet deliver business objectives
Result Measures
?Improvement Plan deployment
?Number of improvement projects (Kaizen, DMAIC etc.) completed - cumulative total per trained change agent (e.g. Black Belt, Green Belt, Lean Expert, Kaizen Leader etc.)
?Coaching feedback scores
?Key performance projects management, ie. High quality, on-time delivery, within budget etc.
?Internal CI achievements
