Summary of Role
Respoible for managing all Customer activities and euring levels of support given are in accordance with customer and business requirements. Will oveee all related activities and eure procedures and processes are strictly adhered to flowing information from all custome through the business and co-ordinating activities to eure we manage quotes and orde effectively meeting timescales given. Will closely monitor performance and manage feedback to continually improve systems and business performance to eure we develop industry leading levels of customer service and support.
Key Tasks
Management and development of all customer activities, euring requirements are effectively managed at all times.
Will lead, motivate and develop multi disciplined team and help create customer focussed culture across the business
Develop and maintain an effective New Product Introduction Process euring each key projects are managed in line with agreed goals
Carry out financial analysis and identify where savings can be made and margi improved
Co-ordinate with all other areas of the business to flow down customer requirements to eure business is meeting contractual requirements
Set up and maintain effective KPIs to analyse performance in relevant areas
Promote industry leading levels of customer service and support in all we do
Co-ordinate enquiries, orde and negotiate contracts wherever necessary
Support sales and marketing activities and strategy
Supporting coulting activities of the business through research, liaison, visit planning and other general duties.
Any other tasks deemed commeurate with your role by management
Qualities Required
Degree in relevant discipline
3 yea experience in a senior Customer Interface Management role, ideally for a multi national manufacturing company
Customer champion, with a track record of implementing the highest levels of performance and support
Skilled negotiator, who is able to manage relatiohips with custome, partne, local government etc and obtain maximum benefit for the business.
Commercially astute with ability to evaluate data effectively and have confidence to make solid business decisio
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence othe.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Able to work with minimal supervision yet deliver business objectives
