Maintain ongoing relatiohips with external department or supplier, i.e. Legal Department, Labor Bureau, Social Iurance Bureau, Housing Fund Management Center, Bank, Tax Bureau, Coulting Provide etc.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To lead the team and establish the expertise in compeation and benefits, to align remuneration strategy and practice with the company's business strategy to eure remuneration competitiveness as well as
cost effectiveness.
DUTIES & RESPOIBILITIES:
1 Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of compeation and benefit related policies and procedures in order to eure complies with C&B strategy, regional policies and all relevant regulatio,
laws and employment standards including resolve compeation & benefits issues
2 Annual performance & compeation review
3 Promote and implement the incentive program (short-term, long-term incentive pla) based on corporate policy; as well as initiate reviewing of the other benefits schemes for the employees.
4 Assist the corporate C&B team to do salary and benefits surveys, make employee compeation to meet company compeation philosophy.
5 Perform cost/benefit analyses on compeation programs, develop more cost-effective and motivated compeation programs.
6 Coach and develop team member.
7 Income tax management for foreign employees
8 Implement corporate CSR plan
