职位描述:
Perform technical audits to assess client / factory processes, procedures and systems in order to map strengths, weaknesses, corrective actio and report improvements.
Roles and Respoibilities
-Respoible for implementing QMS (Quality Management System) related improvement projects as per specific client needs. Undetand the project objective clearly and work towards the execution of planned actio to achieve the set objective
-Lead-teach-coach-mentor all project team membe (including external client representatives) on implementing QMS best manufacturing practices at client sites successfully, achieving the targeted results and maintaining coistency
-Eure the appropriate and accurate data collection periodically to prepare KPIs(Key Performance Indicato) report and present to both clients and applicable IMPACTIVA’s leade to notify the project progress status
-Training: factory manage, process enginee / coordinato / operato-artisa on implementing QMS standards and best practices
-Respoible for maintaining a good working relatiohip with all client and factory peonnel
-Participate in project review meetings with both client and IMPACTIVA’s TMs (Team Membe)
-Assist R&D (Research &Development) to create process and procedures, forms and standard documents for QMS best manufacturing practices
-Respoible for generating his/her QMS project progress reports
-Expected to suggest ways on how to broaden the depth / breadth of IMPACTIVA’s service offering
Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills
Knowledge
-Minimum of 8+ yea as a quality engineer with product and manufacturing engineering hands-on exposure, preferably at major multi-nationals
-Bachelo or Maste in engineering (any discipline)
-Highly knowledgeable and proficient working with QMS implementation, maintenance and improvement
?At least ISO 9001 or equivalent (e.g. VDA 6.1-Verband Der Automobile)
?Minimum experience of 5 yea in this regards as a quality system leader or similar position
?Must have experience in achieving and maintaining QMS certification
?Experience with ISO / TS 16949 (International Standard Organization / Technical Specification) is a plus
?Minimum of 3 yea’ experience as project leader leading cross-functional teams, heading-up various quality / manufacturing related assignments end-to-end independently with proven results (e.g.defining the objectives based on specific client-driven goals, road map, execution, results of each mile stone, review after each mile stone is reached and handing-over)
-Knowledge of COPU (Cost of Poor Quality) projects is a plus
-Certification as quality systems auditor and lead auditor is a plus
-Quality engineering certification (e.g. ASQ-American Society for Quality) is a plus
-Lean Six sigma training / experience is a plus
?Must have experience with process analysis and control tools: FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), control plan, SPC (Statistical Process Control), capability studies, mistake proofing, etc.
?Highly proficient on problem solving tools: PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act),8Ds (Eight Disciplines), DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze and Control), etc.
?Experience on advanced quality planning systems application e.g. APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
?Experience on strategic quality planning tools is a plus e.g. QFD (Quality Function Deployment)
