- Develop full-scale project pla, to do lists, timelines, and respoibilities

- Meet project milestones and deliverables

- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

- Ability lead small scale projects

- Support in developing MES traformation strategy for each client

- Generate valuable and actionable iights during the project

- Participate in developing presentatio for the client

- Communicate effectively with working level at client site

- Lead over 50 Kaizen projects

- Knowledge of TOC, SMED, SWI, Heijunka, Kanban, VSM, Kaizen, etc.

Standards and Qualificatio

- Bachelor’s degree from top-tier school

- Outstanding record of academic achievement

- Project management experience highly preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent quantitative and analytic skills

-Very good written and spoken English

-Excellent computer skills: outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint
