1. Roles and Respoibilities

-Respoible for creation and analysis of Impactiva KPI’s data

-Respoible to analyze client claims and quality issues

-Respoible for follow up on actio related to claims

-Support design and implementation of Knowledge Test for Technicia

-Support QMS compliance to ISO 9001 and work as Internal Auditor following-up on Corrective Actio implementation

-Conduct audits to evaluate adherence to Process & Procedures (P&Ps)

-Based on the analysis of data and audit results, suggest solutio to areas of improvement of the company

-Work with other Departments (Production Team, Learning and R&D Team) to implement improvement solutio

-Willing to take up special project assigned by supervisor

-Knowledge of SA8000 is a plus

2. Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills

Knowledge

-Good knowledge in system audit, analytical skill, root cause analysis and, and CAR (Corrective Action Report) follow up

-Knowledge in different systems (QS, EHS, Social system) requirements is an advantage

-Good undetanding of project management

-Very familiar with Microsoft Office – Excel

-Very good at data analysis by using Excel as a tool

-Experience with leather or shoe making process preferred

-Flexible to accommodate travel as per the business needs

Skills

-Good written and spoken English

3. Experience

-Minimum of 2 year working experience in the field of Quality System, preferable in major multi-nationals’ leather or shoe Industries.

-Experience working in a factory following a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 or equivalent quality standard

-Minimum of 1 year working experience as an Internal Quality Auditor or equivalent role

4. Education

-Bachelo (any discipline), preferred in engineering

-Certificate in Quality Management System audit is a plus

5. Other Conditio

-Monday to Friday (minimum 8 work hou per day, overtime maybe required) and Saturday depending on the work requirement

-Need to travel

-Location: Dongguan, China
