Respoibility:

Respoible for all assigned aspects of the security program for NemakChongqing (CHQ) plant in including but not limited to:

?Development, implementation and administration of Nemak CHQ plant security policy and procedures.

?Management of perimeter and interior security to protect Nemak CHQ plant assets agait loss;

?Communication with local public security and relation maintained for emergency case respoe.

?Actively supporting continual improvement process with Nemak Asia security to reduce and eliminate security risks in CHQ plant.

?Manage the external security guards team with clear working itructio and adequate training / work recording etc.

?In charge of Nemak CHQ plant security technical system(e.g. CCTV, Access control, intrusion alarm) to maintain the effective running.

?Regular ipection and observation for Nemak CHQ plant security and safety related activities to correct unexpected behaviou.

?Control of the people, vehicle and property access and working place violence prevention iide CHQ plant.

?Assist to manage Nemak CHQ plant contracto working safety to eure the compliance of Nemak CHQ plant HSE and security regulatio.

?Assist to investigate security incidents and find the root cause and corrective actio implementation accordingly.

?Assistance for Nemak CHQ plant crisis plan and business continuity plan respoe & recovery.

Perform other essential and related duties as may be required.

Qualification:

1. Univeity degree major in security engineering

2. Fluent English ability in speaking and writing

3. At least 2 yea experience as security management.

4. Knowledge and experience in introducing and implementing management security technical system

5. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill

6. Familar to use Windows XP or 7 package, MS Office
