Tasks and Duties:

Eure the melting process and molten feeding process under controlled. Eure melt in holding furnace cleanness. Eure all FMEA and control plan of melt control implemented.

1. No leak of oil in the Gantry that affect the quality of the metal;

2. No leak or drops from the spray head;

3. Correct position of the ladle in the furnace;

4. Correct position of the ladle in the mini launder;

5. No lubricant from piston in the aluminium;

6. Correct cleanliness of the metal;

7. Correct metallurgy of the metal;

8. Correct deity of the metal;

9. Melting process optimization;

10. Processes audit;

11.Othe.

Qualification:

1.Familiar with the aluminium casting process.

2.Good experience in:

?Aluminum Melting process control;

?Metallurgy of the metal;

?Metal quality control, deity, porosity;

?Ladle condition managing.

3.Good English skill (both oral and written).

4.Good problem solving skills and drive for results.

5.Advanced skills in team leading, goal setting, training, cost reduction, policy administration, and achieving results.

6.Assertive leadehip, good team player.
