Respoibility:

1.Compile and adjust PLC program & Robot program;

2. Provides direction and supervise employees according to established equipment usage and operation policies and management guidance.

3. Diagnose faults for important electrical module and elementary maintenance, facts on 3300t

4. Preserve and recover software for machines

5. Cotitute and actualize rational measure of machine tool and devices

6. Cotitute electrical control cooperate making standard condition and contract with technology department;

7. Finish electric nuing correspond machine tool supply;

8. Robot training for key operato and maintenance technicia;

9. Find out the weakness of electric control on machine and devices, as well as robot movement/trajectory improvement opportunity.

10. Eliminate complicated electric and the fault with electric control correspond technician

11. Cooperate with the composer of mechanism to finish dangerous analysis and risk estimate

Requirement:

1.Bachelor or Master Degree on Electric Engineering or related.

2.Minimum 5 yea of experience in electric design or 3 yea of experiences in HPDC areas as maintenance engineer

3.Well knowledge of major industrial software or operation system , Sime Omron ABB robot (VB C++) etc. more than 3 yea working experience in ABB, PLC program

4. Be familiar with HPDC process.

5. Working knowledge of ISO9001 /ISO14001 systems and TS16949

6. Good English skills both oral and written

7. Assertive leadehip, good team player
