MISSION OF JOB POSITION

?Establish a quality system and maintain it, adapting it to different standards requested by new custome or new activity secto. (OEM in development and Aftermarket Automotive)

?Coordinate and manage activities related to Quality Management in all areas: production, processes and procedures.

?Supervise the compliance of quality norms and standards, organizing continuous improvement activities in all areas.

KEY RESPOIBILITIES

?Assurance of compliance to the Quality System in all areas of the company

?Adopt all necessary changes to the System adapting them to the changing necessities of the company

?Verify the development and implementation of quality standards concerning products, raw materials, processes and control elements.

?Follow-up, homologation and evaluation of strategic supplie.

?Report to the General Management about the development of the quality management system and present all necessary information to make a revision of the system. Submit written reports periodically as evidence of data analysis and basis for continuous improvement activities.

?Promote the knowledge of all requirements requested by custome at all levels of the organization.

?Keep a continuous follow up of the quality management system in the whole company, which will be summarized by:

-Follow up and control of corrective and preventive actio.

-Follow up and control of customer’s claims.

-Follow up and control of documents issued by each area.

?Organize and manage meetings of the quality committee and report in writing the corresponding meeting minutes.

?Co-operate establishing quality targets at the different areas of the company.

?Fix, design and implement the necessary quality performance indicato to evaluate and control products and processes.

?Conduct internal audits with exception of the quality dept.

?Prepare and coordinate external audits; Custome and certifying entities.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Nationality: Chinese

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree, preferably engineering

Professional Experience:

- Minimum 7 yea’ experience in quality Management at industrial companies

Knowledge

-Knowledge of quality assurance techniques and products technology.

-Knowledge of production processes, control and ipection techniques.

-Product knowledge (Preferable in shock absorbe).

-Knowledge of different techniques such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, 5S, 5 Why, Kaizen and Lean tools

Languages:

-Fluent in English both writing and spoken

-Spanish is plus

-Native Mandarin Chinese speaker
