JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Position: Technical Manager 技术经理

KEY RESPOIBILITIES

?Define the technical development plan and evaluate the plan impletmentation result.

?Assign tasks to subordinate enginee with balancing workload, review and evaluate result delivered with a measured way.

?Review ,check and confirm the development drawings / specification with the custome.

?Respoible for prototype making and to be sure the prototypes delivered with 100% matched specification defined. Continually improve the design with the customer.

?Define the internal technical standards and maintain them in a clear way.

?Check and approve the internal drawings before issue including components, semi-fiihed products, finished goods and bill of material. The target is 0 mistake on drawings and BOMs.

?Provide the technical support to quality and purchase. Solving the production problems related to technical points.

?Investigate the required outside service to support technical development and itruct the purchase to get the service.

?Give the proper training or require for outside training to improve the development knowledge and skill of all of enginee in the department.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree on Mechanical, Engineering

Professional Experience:

-At least 5 yea’ development of shock absore

Knowledge

-Auto-CAD, Software MS Office, ERP Navision

-English speaking and writing

-Knowledge of shock absorber products

Languages:

-Fluent in English both writing and spoken

-Spanish is plus

-Native Mandarin Chinese speaker

Peonal Profile:

-Good communication with outside and internally

-Very good accountability requested

-Very good computer skill to improve work efficiency and reduce the workload

-A good mentor to developing enginee and othe
