JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Position: Logistic/Purchase Manager 物流/采购经理

KEY RESPOIBILITIES

?Analyze the order received to see when we can ship the goods and confirm the planned delivery date, shipping volume/weight to the customer.

?Inform new order to production planning, Check the production planning to see if it can fulfill the initial confirmation to the customer.

?Check the parts availability regularly and observe the possible delays and inform the customer in time for any possible delay.

?Receive the packaginghipping requirements from sales/Custome and prepare the related itructio. Check the actual implementation to fulfill the customer’s requirement.

?Organize the shipments including container booking, customs clearance, documents sent to the Sales/Customer.

?Vendor developing based on the new components drawings. For one component purchase it is better always obtain three offe to compare.

?Contact with supplie regularly on quality issue, delivery in time and price negotiation.

?Vendor evaluation based on delivery time, quality and price.

?Check the components stock status compared with material requirements regularly to avoid over- purchased items.

?Organizing import and export activities of the whole company, searching best offer for oveeas shipping and inland traportation.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Residence: In Feng Hua

Gender: Free

Age: 28-45

Nationality: Chinese

Academic Background: Major in Mechanical or other relative in College / Univeity

Professional Experience:

-At least 3 yea’ development of purchase and logistics

-Very good EXCEL skill, ERP system like SAP, MS Navision

-Knowledge of mechanical products

Languages:

-Fluent in English both writing and spoken

-Spanish is plus

-Native Mandarin Chinese speaker

Peonal Profile:

-Good communication with outside and internally

-Very good accountability requested
