- Deliver branch traformation in one bank branch following KPMG package and methods
- Engagement branch staff and building good working relatiohip and satisfaction
- Provide training, facilitation and coaching to enable branch staff
- Develop KPMG package and methods based on field
Requirement
- 3 yea work experience as Customer Manager / Relatiohip Manager in either banking / financial service or traformation / change management
- Good teamwork
- Good communication, training, facilitation and coaching
